  Individual being taken care of while I waited. She was elderly and had flip phone. She wanted a paper copy of the receipt and was informed by manager she could have one and was told he would take a picture of the receipt. Her comments was I can never get a receipt here and was informed that the printer was broke. Her comment was she will go back to Beavercreek. She was told my the manager I'm you can leave now bye bye. Manager very rude to the elderly. I was informed by art over the phone I can get a discount through work. Just take a copy of my pay or badge with a driver license into the store for verification. I was informed my the manager that the discount does not apply. I was trying to explain to him that it his is what i was told to do and he told me that he was telling me something different. As the conversation progressed I was also told I could leave the store and bye bye.
