They will promise you money to get you to switch to Sprint, and the moment you sign you will never see the money that was promised too you. This is simply poor business and if it were up to me, I would turn my phones back in and continue paying a little bit more a month with AT&T. Avoid Sprint if you have a choice and especially this location. Get everything that's promised to you in writing.
